You'd really like to jump into things, but you are having trouble with that 6-digit activation code. No worries, we are here to help!
Below, we have listed some common solutions for troubles our community members have been encountering. We were encountering some general problems impacting activations earlier, but these should hopefully be solved now.
1) Request a new code
If the code that came to you most recently did not work, try ordering a new one from the interface. While our codes were slow like a turtle earlier on, currently you should receive your code within approximately 5 minutes.
The code might sometimes get stuck in spam, or if using Gmail, in the "promotions" tab. Might be worth checking these.
2) Try logging in
In some cases, users have had accounts where the activation has gone through successfully, but then they have tried to activate again. In these cases, you can try logging in and see if that works
3) Your email might be incorrect
Typos happen sometimes, and you might have used an incorrect email when making the account. In this case, you would never receive your activation code
You can try creating your account again, making sure the email address is correct.
4) None of these work, help me!
