Did you encounter a problem related to your email when creating an account? Typos happen to the best of us, no worries! If you entered an incorrect email when creating an account, you will not be able to receive your account activation code. To help with this, follow these steps.
Please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org using the email address you used to create the account (for security reasons).
In the email, include the following:
The NAME of the account you registered
Your CORRECT EMAIL
The INCORRECT EMAIL you used.
As long as the account activation has not been completed (code from email entered into system), we can still change the email for you.
Please note that we have a lot of requests coming in, and it might take a few days for us to be able to complete your request.
