Mistakes with email when creating an account:
Did you encounter a problem related to your email when creating an account? Typos happen to the best of us, no worries! If you entered an incorrect email when creating an account, you will not be able to receive your account activation code. To help with this, follow these steps.
Please send us an email to support@kastapp.co using the email address you used to create the account (for security reasons), let us know the accidental email you used along with the username you registered.
For regular email changes:
We do not currently support changing the email associated with your Kast account. We are working to incorporate this into the app in the near future.
Currently, if you wish to change your email, the easiest way is to delete your current account and create a new one (the original username will be freed up when the account is deleted).
